As we expected, it is a very strong report with many extremely positive statements about our School and Sixth-Form.

Since our last inspection almost six years ago, the Ofsted Framework for Inspecting Schools has become more challenging and the historical progress outcomes of a small cohort of our pupils affected our ability to retain our previous judgement.

Nevertheless, it is a report that we can be proud of.

Reassuringly, the areas that the inspectors have identified as those that we need to ‘improve further’ are indeed those that the leadership team had already highlighted as key focus areas for us moving forward.
